Who we are
Hi, I’m Taylor, the founder and lead physical therapist at Rebuild PT & Performance. My journey into physical therapy began with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and achieve their goals—whether that’s recovering from an injury, returning to sport, or simply living a more active life.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and went on to obtain my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UMass Lowell. While studying to becoming a physical therapist and beginning my career, I have spent over five years as a personal trainer, working with a diverse range of clients across different ages, abilities, and fitness levels. These experiences taught me that no two bodies are the same, which is why I focus on creating highly personalized treatment plans for every patient.
My approach combines evidence-based physical therapy techniques with strength and conditioning principles to ensure you don’t just recover but rebuild for long-term success. Whether we’re addressing pain, improving mobility, or optimizing performance, my goal is to tailor each session to your unique needs.
As an empathetic and enthusiastic clinician, I believe my most valuable tool is my ability to listen. By truly understanding your goals, challenges, and concerns, I can help guide you toward sustainable progress and results that matter to you.
When I’m not in the clinic, you can usually find me working out, participating in continuing education, spending time with my family and puppy or staying active outdoors. I’m excited to bring my expertise and passion to help you move better, feel stronger, and rebuild confidence in your body.
Let’s work together to reach your goals!
